OIT Immersion Cooling Tank System Liquid
The OIT Immersion Cooling Tank System Liquid is a complete turnkey immersion liquid cooling solution launched by OIT brand, integrating large-capacity cooling tank body, special insulating dielectric liquid, server fixed rack, circulating heat exchange device and intelligent monitoring system, specially providing overall cooling support for high-density data centers, AI computing clusters and high-performance server rooms. The cooling tank body is made of thickened stainless steel and anti-corrosion engineering plastic materials, with one-piece sealing process, strong pressure resistance, no liquid leakage, and good compatibility with long-term soaking of dielectric liquid without chemical reaction.

The tank capacity can be customized from small capacity to large capacity according to customer demand, supporting centralized placement of dozens of server hosts at one time to realize large-scale cluster liquid cooling deployment. The matched special immersion cooling dielectric liquid has the characteristics of high thermal conductivity, low viscosity, non-conduction, non-toxic and non-flammable, which will not cause short circuit damage to electronic components, and can efficiently take away the heat generated by CPU and GPU full-load operation. The internal stainless steel fixed rack is reasonably arranged, which is convenient for layered placement and wiring of servers, stable structure and anti-vibration, avoiding equipment shaking during liquid circulation.

The external matching liquid-water heat exchanger forms a closed circulation loop, continuously transferring the heat absorbed by the dielectric liquid to the external cooling water system, maintaining the liquid temperature in the tank within the optimal constant temperature range. Equipped with a full set of intelligent monitoring sensors such as liquid level, temperature, flow rate and leakage detection, it can real-time display system operating data through local touch screen and remote platform, and automatically push alarm information when liquid level drops, temperature overheats or leakage occurs. The whole system does not need fan heat dissipation and large air conditioning refrigeration, which can reduce data center energy consumption by more than 50%, greatly reducing later operation and electricity cost.
