Explore our leading-edge smart rack PDUs engineered to meet strict North American power requirements, offering real-time monitoring, high-temperature resilience, and seamless network integration.
The United States data center market is experiencing an unprecedented surge, driven by the rapid expansion of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and cloud computing. From Northern Virginia (the world's largest data center hub) to Silicon Valley, Dallas, and Chicago, facilities are scaling up power capacities to keep pace with modern workloads. Within this high-stakes environment, the demand for reliable Emerson PDU systems and compatible smart power distribution architectures has reached new heights.
Modern data centers are transitioning from legacy basic power distribution units to highly intelligent, network-connected PDUs. High-density racks, which once averaged 5kW to 10kW, are now pushing past 30kW, 50kW, and even 100kW per rack to support heavy GPU clusters. As a leading manufacturer and supplier, we specialize in building robust, custom-engineered power distribution solutions that align with these extreme demands. Our systems provide the granular monitoring, environmental sensing, and remote switching control necessary to prevent downtime and optimize Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) across massive US infrastructures.
US electrical distribution in commercial and industrial settings relies on specific voltage configurations. Our smart PDUs are designed to handle 3-phase 120/208V, 277/480V, and 240/415V inputs, converting power efficiently to supply standard IT loads. By incorporating advanced features like outlet-level billing-grade metering, alternating phase outlet layouts, and high-temperature ratings (up to 60°C / 140°F), we ensure that our PDUs operate continuously even in warm-aisle containment environments.
Furthermore, our compatibility with Emerson PDU replacement demands and legacy infrastructure upgrades allows US data center managers to seamlessly swap out aging units with our state-of-the-art intelligent alternatives without modifying their existing rack layouts or monitoring dashboards.

The company operates three specialized business departments to support diversified development.
The PDU department, which has long been dedicated to the R&D and production of PDUs for IDC (internet data center). Since 2015, we have set up a R&D center and an independent electrical laboratory to meet various complex product experimental tests. Our R&D team consists of a number of senior engineers in hardware, software and mechanics, which develop common PDUs and intelligent PDUs to meet different market and customer needs. As so far, we have obtained two invention patents, nine utility model patents, seven appearance patents and four software copyrights.
The Sheet metal department, which specializes in the sheet metal processing of PDU metal housings, server chassis and power supply chassis.
The Smart household appliance department, which focuses on the R&D, design, production and sales of intelligent home appliances, and is committed to creating a safe, convenient and comfortable future living space for users.
Power requirements vary greatly across different industrial and commercial applications within the United States. Our smart rack PDUs are engineered to provide maximum flexibility, catering to the distinct needs of several key sectors:
Designed for massive data centers in Virginia, Oregon, and Iowa. These facilities utilize our 3-phase 0U vertical PDUs with high-amperage inputs to optimize rack space and support thousands of virtualized servers per row.
As 5G networks and IoT expand, edge data centers in suburban and rural areas require compact, remotely managed power systems. Our 1U/2U horizontal smart PDUs allow remote site reboots and real-time environmental monitoring.
For colocation data centers in Chicago and New York, billing-grade accuracy (±1% deviation) is critical. Our metered-by-outlet PDUs enable precise sub-tenant billing and strict energy consumption reports.
The modern US industrial landscape is heavily focused on sustainability and carbon footprint reduction. Under the Energy Star program and state-level environmental mandates, data centers must track their energy consumption continuously. Basic PDUs no longer suffice. Intelligent PDUs equipped with SNMP, Modbus, and HTTP protocols allow operators to integrate power data directly into DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) software. This enables dynamic load balancing, early warning alerts for current overloads, and precise tracking of idle server power waste.
